Traditional Indonesian food: A bibliometric review from 2013-2022

چکیده

Traditional food is a heritage of country and therefore brings pride to or region. A bibliometric analysis traditional Indonesian was conducted in this paper see the trend over last decade, analyze thecontribution countries, most frequently used keywords. total 102 documents were gathered from 66 different sources, including 57 articles, 36 conference papers, 4 reviews, book chapters, 1 data paper. According review, Indonesia productive terms producing articles (92) field, as well having citations (315), despite lowest average number perarticle. Surya R author, with four documents, Nuraida L had citations, 111. Tempeh also keyword, 13 occurrences. It hoped that overview would help advance research food.
